Golner has 12 Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) which include: Matsuura, Fadal, MyCenter and Kiwa. Several have programmable "4th axis", and pallet changers for higher volume production parts.

We can handle parts ranging from 0.1kg to 150kg with a maximum cube size of 430 mm X 800 mm X 450 mm. Hole diameters can be held to 0.01 mm. Location and surface tolerances can be held to 0.025 mm.

We operate two shifts, and can accommodate part schedules from "one-offs" (including tooling and prototypes), to repeat batches of several hundred units.
